Today is the day we share what we did for exercise this week. * Cleaned house one day. * Did wash which includes stairs several times, making bed and putting clothes away, I have to go up and down two flights of stairs several times that day. * Helped DS and DDIL move into new condo several days. I try to exercise everyday. bbbearsmomGood job on walking! Did I read in an earlier post you walk inside? How do you exercise inside and how long? Thanks for any information you can give me.☺️

I walked in the beach a couple of days while we were on vacation. On the rainy day I used “Steps with Rick” , Leslie Sansone and Fabulous 50’s indoor walking videos on YouTube.
2 arm workouts

mac, thanks. I have been sporty and exercised since I was a child, and I don't have any serious injuries holding me back, so I am luckier than many. And I'm only 67 .

mac, I walk through a couple of rooms of my house. I'm limited because the cats sleep in some rooms and if I walk in those rooms they wake up and glare at me. It is light walking but I can feel my body warm up and my mind calm down. Twenty minutes seems to be how long I need to go to warm up. I usually do 30 minutes. It is what I can do and it is better than nothing.

bbbearsmom anything you can do is great. Just that you’re doing anything is a huge plus. I always remember hearing at our meetings, 10 minutes if ANY movement helps. 👍🏽 mac: You do a bunch of stuff too! 😄 I’ve never been active in sports but I’ve always loved group exercise. I used to attend Elaine Powers fitness salons back in the 70’s after I lost my first 45 lbs. At this end of the rainbow I just love that I’m still able to do it. So many my age (68) cannot.

Our 24 yr old daughter was visiting from LA and working from here so we accidentally did a 10 mile hike in search of a swimming hole on Monday and we walked normally before work T, W, Th, and Friday. She left today so back to a quiet house.

Walked about 4 days? It was hot this week and I was just drained. I also was burning out on my Peloton app and had to take a breather! My hands were acting up too so...
