Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week and give gratitude.

This week I take credit for getting to a virtual WW meeting, tracking, weighing and measuring, keeping the right food in the house, exercising, meditating, and keeping up with my online support groups. Grateful that my husband and myself are still healthy.

CREDIT * Tracked every BLT * Back to low number on scale after splurge days * Positive attitude
GRATITUDE * Persistence that pays off * A new cabinet put forth by the Prime Minister Designate has been approved by the President and now they work to put together a mandate for the Parliament to voice approval of...so...I am grateful for the light at the tunnel after over 13 months of caretaker govt and even more chaos than usual in Lebanon * Family and friends * Health

I take credit for: Enjoying my vacation more than usual because some of my Beck practices have become second nature, producing less anxiety about weight gain. Living a lifestyle that supports healthy goals
Gratitude for: My senses that enable me to enjoy the beauty in nature, music and people My family Friends online and IRL. The return of a desire to discover new things

Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week and give gratitude. Credit: * Pre journaled every night before bed. * Earned blue dots everyday on WW app. * Working toward 4th badge of seven days tracking breakfast, lunch and dinner. * Tracked exercise, sleep, water and weight everyday. * Read and posted on three online groups daily. * Joined one or more virtual meetings everyday. * Keeping only whole healthy foods in house no trigger foods.
Gratitude: * So thankful for my kids especially my wonderful Dallas kids. * Keeping in touch with former students, friends and neighbors. * My sun porch to sit on, enjoy the gardens and warm days. * We are almost ready for a large yard sale next Saturday. * My son is getting moved into his new condo.
