FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs September 1 through Thanksgiving, 2021.

Hi all. I REALLY STARTED OVER YESTERDAY. I finished my food by 1pm and Scott beat me I would eat again. I did not. We watched the 6pm UW BADGEr football game. they had terrible last week. They went against an unranked team and won. today Scot and I are going to were our Packer shirts. Mine came yesterday, I wads so happy. I paid Amy another resident to put together my fit nation bike. I can use it at my bed. It has arms and legs. But I am out of shape. I will try to use it. I am getting cartilage shots in my knees starting October 4 for 3 times in 6 weeks. I hope that will help. If that doesn't work I don't know what I will do. today the Packer game is a 3:25pm. Scott is helping barb mother resident to buy plates and paper bowls for later today. russ is tasing me to Credit Union October 1. Our Social security comes early because the 3rd is on a weekend. I will get a Cashiers check for rent for November. I have one for October. Then my new rent starts December 1. I have no idea what it is. I am going back to WW next Saturday with para transit. I got a flue shot for which I was glad.I am glad at 65 I get the double dose. I told Russ about that . He is going next week to get his.He is just 65 so he never knew before about the type of flue shot we get.

I have lost 54.8 pounds from when I restarted WW. I would like to lose 59 more. I saved a place for nest week WW. and I set a standing ride with para transit. I am so happy. rich cleans today. It needs cleaning. I hope there are no more night games for UWS football or Packer football.
