Today is the day we list our goals for the week and what we plan to do with our me-time.

My goals this week is to get to an in-person WW meeting, track, weigh and measure, keep the right foods in the house, keep up with my online support groups, exercise, and meditate. My me-time is my puzzle, computer, reading, exercise, and meditation time.

Goals * KOKO * Track every BLT on ITB * Change to Blue instead of Purple to see if the scale will budge - maybe I am eating more carbs than I realize?
Me Time
* Reading and reviewing * Shopping my closet for new outfits (and ones that fit) * Attending a Montblanc calligraphy zoom seminar on capital letters

Today is the day we list our goals for the week and what we plan to do with our me-time. Goals: * Pre journal every night before bed. * Earn blue dots on WW app. * Earn more badges on WW app. I've earned four badges and am working on 5th badge. * Work on the Four Pillars of WW which are food, sleep, exercise and mindset. Choose a goal for the week from one of the above Four Pillars. * Read and post on three online groups. * Join one or more virtual WW workshops daily. * Do not bring any trigger foods in house, eat whole foods with little processed food, salt and sugar.
Me Time: * Spend time with my Dallas kids and DD. * Keep in touch with my kids, friends, neighbors and former students. * Sit on my porch and enjoy the warm sun and peace/quiet. * With the help of my kids set up garage sale for Saturday, help with garage sale. * Enjoy some TV, computer and puzzle time. * Enjoy people watching and some beautiful sunsets at the beach.
