FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!

Hello! Crazy morning trying to catch up at work but getting closer. Meanwhile the gutters guys showed up to install my new gutters. Unfortunately, they couldn't complete the job because of a damaged fascia on the back of house, arg! So try to get that repaired so they can complete the gutters and also because the painters are coming in a week to paint the entire exterior of the house and that would include the rotted fascia, arg!
Haven't had a chance to exercise but going to do something about that now
