Today is the day we share what we did for exercise for the week: * Cleaned one day over an hour. * Did two loads of wash which takes several trips going up and down two flights of steps plus made bed and put clothes away. * Shopped grocery store, walked a lot looking. * Went to condo most days, walked some. * Tried to get more steps in walking in the house, thanks bbbearsmom, for the idea. Hope to ride bike soon when it gets cooler next week as I need to get more exercise in.

a bit of stretching. thinking I will try the air walker in the basement when I start exercising again...not weight bearing but activity!
