Today is the day we share our goals for the week and how we plan to spend our me-time.

My goals are to get to an in-person WW meeting, track, weigh and measure, keep the right foods in the house, keep up with my online support groups, exercise and meditate. My personal time is my computer, reading, puzzle, exercise, and meditation time.

Goals: * Pre journal every night before bed. * Earn blue dots on WW app daily. * Earn exercise badges on WW app. * Join at least one virtual meeting daily. * Read and post on three online groups. * Don't bring trigger food in house. * Record weight, exercise, sleep an and water daily.
Me time: * Keep in touch with kids, friends and former students. * Enjoy my back porch when warm. * TV, computer, read. * Enjoy beautiful sunsets, weddings and people watching at one of our two beaches.
