FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!

Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

I start meals on wheels today I am going to eat that meal crystal light and 2 sups of berries. It comes with a desert sometimes a fruit. The is al I am going to eat. And on weekend I will eat whole wheat pasta an sauce. 4 cups whole wheat pasta and half a can of sauce. and 2 cups of berries.

Hi all! Sorry I'm not around more. I've been crazy busy with and just in general, lots of appointments last week, this week and next week. Having work done on my house but problems keep coming up. I paid off my mortgage only to be running up a second mortgage with all the repairs! Arg!
