So many on this road donβt expect the ups and downs. Some just throw in the towel. WW should prepare the members for that in the maintenance workshops.

I think it is different for those who have been doing this a long time. I see the scale up/down/up/down and even though I track and count and do all the rest have NOT given up. I know it will happen, I know my body, I know I will splurge at times, I know that if I persist if not perfect I will eventually be at goal weight. I am successful as long as I don't give up entirely.
