Thank you Cathy. Your persistence inspires ME! You will get to your goal, for sure. Iβm not leaving my support. Thatβs what made me gain the weight back after reaching goal in the past. I believe Iβve learned my lesson. πππ

luvvinlife, I agree about the support. When I rejoined this time in 2006 I went over what I thought were the reasons I had gain my weight back twice and leaving WW was a big one. I vowed to myself I would not give up my WW meetings this time. Added bonus was this time I discovered the wonders of online support groups.

Wednesday September 29: 144.8 - down .8 I reached my personal goal!!!! Thatβs down 20.2 since I started tracking on MFP again in July 2019. It seems like a long time but hanging with you all makes it doable. I can establish my happy place now. It takes work and diligence but getting to know your body is amazing. I expect more changes as I age. Hopefully I will have the perseverance to make any necessary adjustments that keep me healthy. Congrats lady! And here I thought you were in maintenance. Go You! How much of a cushion will you give yourself?
WI Friday for me, and miraculously I am down 1.6 from last week, and that is with an unexpected pizza splurge last Saturday evening. But I also drank more water this week (to flush out all that sodium), and I compensated for the pizza by eating less all week. So when I do go off plan, and I do compensate for it, I can right my ship, so to speak. In the past, I'd just keep on off plan eating OR I'd eat my normal routine the rest of the week and be disappointed that I wasn't losing or gained. Eating off plan has consequences, but it's how you handle yourself afterward that makes the difference. And for anyone who wants to know, I enjoyed the HELL out of that pizza!

Eating off plan has consequences, but it's how you handle yourself afterward that makes the difference. This is so true and what makes a difference. This is what needs to be taught because no one is going to be perfect all of the time. Great job.
