This week I got to my in-person WW meeting, tracked, weighed and measured, kept the right food in the house, kept up with my online support groups, exercised, and meditated. I am grateful that my husband and I are still healthy.
Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week, and give gratitude.
Credit * Pre journaled daily before bed. * Earned blue dots on WW app daily. * Earned an exercise badge for 10 minutes a day for seven days. I've earned four badges. I'm working on a fifth badge to exercise 30 minutes a day, don't know if I'll be able to finish it to get badge. * Read and posted on three websites daily. * Joined at least one virtual workshop daily, some days more. * Didn't bring any red light foods in house. * Planned meals to include all the servings of food groups daily with mostly healthy, whole foods.
Gratitude * I'm so thankful for my kids, friends and former students. * That I'm at goal and enjoying every minute of it. * Stunning sunsets, weddings and people watching at two of our beaches. One night last week we had the most stunning sunset with many pictures posted. * My back porch that is still warm and I can still enjoy time out there.
