FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs September 1 through Thanksgiving, 2021.

Good morning. We were up late in the night game for football. Our Green Bay Packers won with 3 second left with a field goal I was tired and had trouble sleeping. I gained weight over the weekend. We watch in the conmunity room every Saturday and Sunday with College football games University of Wisconsin Badgers and Sunday usually Packers. Our Badgerl lost terribly they are 1 t and 2 our Packers are 2 and 1 meaning they lead the midwest league which has 4 teams in National league . The Packers lay Chicago Scott is from Chicago Suburbs so he roots for both. So he is caught. But Scott get the rooms. So he has to stay until all leave. Last night it was late. today I get meals on wheels 5 days a week weekdays about 11am. I feel so lucky. I hope the government isn't shut down. I need the social security on October 1. I heard that 2 moderates are agreeing to the human bill. So both can pass congress. Then the Senate has to pass the second bill I hope and . I really want the second bill passed. I gained a lot of weight this weekend. I am starting WW again this Saturday. I have a coupon for the meeting. So I won't have to pay.as long as I stay under 250 and weigh each month. I did not weigh in September. I have to fit ineals on wheels in my tracking. I aslo have to fit in in Loose it.

Amy, hope you enjoy your MOWs!
I went to Beaver Lake yesterday and walked the Lake loop -3 miles. It was difficult but I did it and felt really accomplished! I will try again to walk outdoors on trails but at the Camillus canal park.
