Today is the day we set goals for the week and share what we'll do with our me-time.

My goals are the usual: get to an in-person WW meeting, track, weigh and measure, keep the right food in the house, keep up with my online support groups, exercise and meditation. My me-time is my computer, reading, puzzle, exercise, and meditation time.

I've been having sciatica nerve flair ups on one leg, and on the other some tingling, probably from neuropathy, so I'm trying to add in stretching more regularly. Continue exercise, and checking in here, and tracking. I missed a few days last week.

Get back into a routine after camping w friends last week.

Goals: * Pre journal every night before bed. * Earn blue dots on WW app daily. * Strive to earn another WW badge for exercise. * Read and post on three online groups. * Join at least one WW virtual workshop daily, more many days. * Don't bring any trigger foods in house. * Plan my meals to include all the food groups, keep those foods stocked on menus and measure foods. * Eat sitting down.
Me time: * Keep in touch with my kids, friends and former students. * Computer, TV and read. * Spend some time on my warm back porch before it gets to cold to sit out there, its not heated. * Spend time at beach, eating with DD. * Strive to watch a sunset with my former student on her front porch very soon and of course visit. I graduated from high school with this dear students Mom, good people.

Goals: Same as usual...stay OP, track every BLT, get back to exercising starting October 1st
Me Time: Calligraphy, reading, reviewing, going through clothes
