What are you not willing to do to lose weight/maintain your goal weight?

Eat food I don't like. Sometimes I realize I have been eating something that isn't that great and I change the food out for something better. Give up all sweet treats. Have learned to manage them, mainly with keeping them out of the house and limiting them to having them away from home or at home in a single serving size. Get too hungry, I will go ahead and eat something and take a hit on points/calories.

What are you not willing to do to lose weight/maintain your goal weight? * I am willing to give up most things because I love being at goal but I just can't give up sugar completely, I have to have cake every so often but not like I used to. I only bring one serving of cake home, not the whole cake like I used to. I get a small cup of ice cream or soft serve ice cream cone with my kids which is eaten outside my house during the summer but pre track it as I do the cake.

Not willing to:
* starve * eat faddily * give up
I am stuck at the moment and have a feeling I need to not change what I eat BUT increase exercise/weight training. I also think, sometimes, I need more "protein" BUT don't trust electricity enough to go back to buying chicken, beef, etc to change up the protein to less carb type proteins.

Iām not willing to eat less or exercise more. I am willing to cut out alcohol as it leads to unplanned snacking and interferes with the quality of my sleep.
