Hi sunrose - Congratulations on the weight loss, any loss is good Hope you were able to get some exercise in. I did my walking today and I've been tracking good and not doing much/any overeating. Just hope to continue on track. Hope everyone else is doing well too

I got out for a small walk in my neighborhood yesterday. I am so out of shape but itβs a beginning of getting back in the groove.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well sunrose - I'm glad you were able to get out and walk and hope you get back up to speed soon. You used to say how much you walked, so I'm sure you can do it I did my walking this morning and I'm trying to stay on track with my calories today. I find I'm turning to junk foods for comfort. I don't have a lot of them in the house, but enough that it's not good for me. Sure wish I could learn to control these foods.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well I've had some bad headaches this week and yesterday was the worst one, so my eating has been off. Hopefully I can get back on track and feeling better soon.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well. I've finally gotten over my headaches - I had one every day last week. It sure has messed up my eating, but I hope to be back on track now. I have still been able to walk each day, so I'm happy I'm still meeting my October challenge. Take care

My coughing is much less. My appetite is still not great but getting better. My weight continues to go down. I keep wondering how much I'm going to keep off. It will be discouraging if I find myself back where I was, nearly 8 lbs up from where I am right now. I do expect to go up when I eat normally. But I'm hoping I can stay in the new decade, since I'm more than halfway down that decade as of this morning. My daughter and I have always done WW together. I've been doing the zoom meetings and I really don't mind them at all. She doesn't like them and wants to go back to meetings. I do have an aide to help me with DH now. Although she didn't show today. Not sure what's going on. Assuming this is maybe just a mix up why she's not here today, as soon as my cough is gone (just about there) and my daughter's too, we will return to meetings maybe as early as next week. I'm within 13 lbs of the highest ww healthy weight for me. I'm not sure if I can get there but I will definitely be trying. And if all else fails, then maybe my dr will give me a note for a slightly higher goal.

Hi Linda - I'm glad you are feeling a bit better and hope you continue to improve. I hope you will keep the weight you've lost off and that you and your DD can get back to meetings soon. I hope your DH's aide returns soon. I know I've had to adjust what I want/think my weight to be several times. I kind of envy those who lose weight and can maintain the weight they finished at, but we're all different My eating has been a bit bad this week. I try to eat along the Good Health Guidelines and have still been doing that, but I haven't been counting calories. I just felt like I needed a break after feeling sick last week. But I know I need to get back to tracking accurately because it's so easy to overeat. I have been getting in my walking each day, so I'm happy about that. Hope everyone else is doing well

Hi sunrose - Hope you are doing well too I've been walking each day, but my eating hasn't been the best. I'm actually giving myself a break for a few days from tracking but I still try to make sure to eat fruit, vegetable and dairy foods each day. And I'm always good with getting plenty of water to drink. Hope all of you are doing well.

Iβm still hanging in there. Went to my WW meeting this morning and lost .6 so I was OK with that. Iβll just keep plugging away.

Hi sunrose - Congratulations on the loss this week Are you looking forward to the new plan? I'm doing pretty well. I have been doing my walking each day and trying to eat my foods which follow the Good Health Guidelines, but I'm eating a lot of sugary things. I'm giving myself until tomorrow to get done with that and then I'll start tracking again on Monday, November 1st. I want to try to limit my sugar in November at least until up to Thanksgiving. So I'm hoping for at least 3 good on-plan/track weeks. Hope all of you are doing well and will check in and say hello
