I started exercising again yesterday and am building gradually. Did five minutes on the machines yesterday and ten today and stretched both days. Also did arm exercises with dumbbells yesterday

Today is the day we share what we did for exercise this week. * Cleaned house one day.. * Did some outside work one day cleaning back patio. * Rode bike 10 minutes one day. * Did laundry one day, had to climb two flights of stairs several times. * Went shopping one day with DD.

Body weight strength & flexibility exercises - 7 days Cardio - Saturday Lift weights and extra ab work - Sunday Washed some windows and installed two smoke detectors. Not that physically demanding but some lifting and carrying of step ladder, climbing up and down said ladder, and extra trips up and down stairs. My slider windows lift right out so I can wash them both sides and then drop them back into their slots.

I sign up for spin bike challenges which call for 3 rides a week. I skipped the last challenge and hadn’t ridden since 8/6. Getting back on the bike for 3 rides this week has been hard! Legs and breathe are feeling it. Also walked several days. My husband and I read a NYT article which recommended 45 min exercise or 7500 steps walking a day! So we are trying to commit to moving daily. Still trying to fit more strength and stretching but determined.
