What I like about this group is how aware we all are. We KNOW our bodies, know what will happen if we indulge or don't, and are realistic in what to expect. lani, I can see you nipping the calories back and/or exercising more and having a handle on the weight-creep quickly.

cathygeha, right you are. I ate under my calorie total yesterday and did an extra exercise video. Monday, October 4: 124.6 - down 0.2 lb.
