This week I give myself credit for getting to an in-person WW meeting, tracking, weighing and measuring, keeping the right food in the house, keeping up with my online support groups, exercising, and meditating. I am grateful that myself and my husband are still healthy.
Today is the day we give ourselves credit for what we did this week, and give gratitude.
Credit: * Pre journaled every night before bed. * Earned blue dots everyday on WW app. * Earned four badges on WW app. Working on 5th badge for exercise on app. * Joined at least one, many days more, of virtual workshops everyday. * Read and posted on three online groups. * Didn't bring any sugar food home when shopping, mostly all healthy, whole foods. * Kept track of food groups when planning meals for week. * Strive to work in some kind of exercise everyday I can do at my age.
Gratitude: * My wonderful kids, friends, neighbors and former students. * Days spent at the beach seeing beautiful sunsets, weddings and people watching. * We've had a beautiful warm fall and I can still enjoy my back porch until the weather gets cold.
