This is an accountability thread where ALL plans of any kind are welcome, no matter what you are doing. Just a place to put your numbers (or whatever you are doing) out in the universe. I just know I am more likely to stay on track if I have to post my numbers so I thought it may be helpful to someone else out there too. 😉 We are now three quarters of the way through 2021! Goals are being met, challenges are being created, resolutions are being fulfilled. We've got this 🤗

First of all, hi everyone!! I am at the moment working on doing 1 program. I really need to put blinders on!! I got involved in a fb challenge dealing with intuitive eating. The idea is great but when they immediately start trying to sell me something I get ticked off.
I am going with PP European style till Nov when I know that I will rejoin WW for the 3 months to try the new plan.
Yesterday 37/26 over by 11 4 aps, 23 weeklies remaining. Wi friday

I don't know enough about it and knowing me, I for sure will want to participate in the new ww program changes. I am waiting to get as close as possible to Nov 11 to get the most out of the 3 months. Unfortunately I missed the low forever fee offer.

Interesting... Following the Italian PP plan (in Europe it's called pro points and basically the sames as points plus, slight change in calculation). In our fb group some things are condidered imperative if not mandatory. Carbs at each meal (one cooked like oatmeal, farro barley , and one breadish.) at least half if not all AP's should be eaten, and even though you bank them with weeklies, it's suggested that you eat them on that day.
All of that being said, my week starts tomorrow and I am officially going to maintenance. My face and neckbone areas are thin enough. And since we can't choose where we lose weight, my hips and rear-end will have to get toned through exercise... I think losing in my face will instantly make me age 10 years.
