FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

GOOD AM..I am starting ov3r today. Football weekends Ive b3en eating terribly. Gained 2 pounds over the weekend. I signed up to go to WW next Saturday. Scott and a lot of the building friends are going to. NAMI picnic which is a walk. from a a pal to downtown and back. kI am not going because rich is coming Saturday and I go to WW. I want to stay home. I am very happy. I am getting a new 13 inch laptop. I hope that will be better. I have 12 m0nth easy payments on Amazon and free technical help. I am very happy. I am black and blue on my toes and ankle from my fall. luckily I did not hurt myself more. I am going to eat better this week. I told Scott I would give him my meals on wheels during the week. and I will eat what I want to eat. I just have to lose 61 pounds to get to 150. I shop Wednesday with Scott and Vanessa. I am glad I went to sleep early last night. Scott used 2 tables of mine awn extra microwave and a cart of mine.Luckily I have that I am getting today a tiny fridge that will hold cans. Scott says he willoget 4 cans of Diet Pepsi and I will bring 8 cans of mine. It is so tiny but it isa good. It will fit on the cart. I will ask Scott to lad it up 3very day so I have extra cans. I get injections hopefully in both knees Thursday. I go every 2 weeks 3 times. I hope its both knees. Then maybe I can exercise. I am getting abetter 13 inch today that I will pay off in 12 months hopefully sooner. Amazon hawed that offer yesterday≥ It is an iMac pro in 13 inches. I have a I had a different 13 inch Mac.. I am asking Vanessa to trade computers with me. so if 'Dvr will fun school I have my dell back.

I asked DVR to fund medical coding. I doubt they will. But I want to see what the new counselor says.
