Hello, I'm so sorry, I didn't post the results yesterday. Looking back I was enjoying my coffee & went to my virtual meeting, then started my day. Congratulations Claudette on being the BL for last week!! Congratulations Kelly for being the BL for the month of September. I'm sorry I'm a broken record. I really need to get back on track with ww. I went food shopping & planned my meals for the week. (something new for me). Today it's raining so I plan on clearing off the kitchen table Happy Monday

Good Morning!!
Thanks for the Congrats. I have to really buckle down and stop the mindless eating on weekends. I was up 10 lbs yesterday morning when I did my Monday scale check. Not my official WI but I always check on Mondays to see the weekend damage.
I stayed OP yesterday. I added 3 miles yesterday.
Nancy: Thanks for all you do. We all have been the broken record.
Brenda: Congrats on being the BL for the week. Hope you are having a good week.

Kelly, Mindless eating is bad. I do the same thing.
I really need to get myself together. I’m really missing family right now. Went to the grocery store this morning good grief are groceries getting expensive.

Hi BL,
My brother passed away this morning..
I am going to try and handle these last three months as best I can.
Kelly I do the Monday check as well. I was up about 3 pounds, I think that when we eat out as well as the mindless snacking.
Brenda yes, food has become more and more expensive. I find I am more careful about what I buy and how much food I cook as well, so that I do not have a lot of waste. Maybe you can set up a regular family zoom meeting to check in with your family.

Good morning. Life has been busy which is a good thing.
Claudette, I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. My heart and prayers go out for you. My daughter is the opposite of yours. One time at the age of 15 I had to tell her to quit washing the walls and go play with her friends.
Nancy, great for you with the 10,000 steps. Thank you for always keeping us ALL on track.
Mimi, What a joyful task you seem to have found with the teddy bears.
Kelly, Sometimes my hunger/snacking just won't stop. Glad you had a good visit with your sister. Congratulations on having the biggest loss for the month. Sounds like you're doing the right thing. What was your high weight? I'm in shock about a 10 lb gain in a week? That MUST be water...particularly the way you eat.
Brenda, Congratulations on losing the most this past week. I am so sorry you are missing your family. Good for you on setting the monthly goal. Thinking if I quit setting my goals in decimals, maybe it will make a difference myself. Thank you for the inspiration.

Hello, Claudette, I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your brother, I'm glad he was able to get home. {{hugs}} I've planned my meals all week so far and tracked every bite. No walking and slacking in waters. I must do better with waters. I'm taking a walk today & putting a reminder on my phone to drink my waters. Happy Thursday
