My goals for the week are to attend an in-person WW meeting, track, weigh and measure, keep the right food in the house, keep up with my online support groups, exercise, and meditate. I'll spend my free time reading, being on the computer, doing puzzles, exercising, and doing meditation.
Today is the day we share our goals for the week and share what we'll do with our me-time this week.
Credits: * Pre track in journal every night before bed. * Earn blue dots on WW app everyday for tracking. * Join one or more WW virtual workshops daily. * Found some new coaches on WW app that I plan to join their workshops this week. * Read and post on four different online groups. * Don't bring any red light foods in my house. * Strive to get more exercise in. * Continue to maintain at goal and love being at this weight!
Me-time: * I will be spending a lot of time with my kids this week which means a lot of time at new condo. * Keeping in touch with my former student who lives on beach. * WW virtual workshops. * TV, computer and read. * Beach sunsets, people watching and maybe a wedding on the beach with my kids.
