FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

Good morning. Scott took the treadmill up to his apartment. I am trying to get one more adjustment of something on the total gy,m. I have asked my bone doctor to call a physical therapist to help me learn to use the total gym. My bone doctor said the best thing for osteoporosis i9s strength training. But I am going to also ask my regular PA to ask Partnetship to let me get a pass at Princeton to swim for arthritis. I would have to gt swimming lessons again. I bought a second bathing suit a 26 because that is the other one . I do not look good in them but they fit. Tomorrow I get injections in my knees. They hurt spot much. If I could get a ride to Princeton and ride back the would be super.
My DVR counselor faxed me releases to give out . I faxed one to my mental health case manager. I asked her to help me do medical coding at home. I am getting my Dell back from Vanessa which I would need to go to school./ the school has given her another laptop. I am paying off my new mnacbook pro.

I see my case manager from Gateway and my MCO nurse and case manager at 1om tomorrow. I go in monr9ing to get injections. Bobby comes att 120 hope I am back by then to work in my home. I am eating 5 cooked cups of oatmeal and 2 top 2 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries thawed. I put 3 stevia in each bowl . Because the blueberries are not sweetened aI do that. B ut the oatmeal and I am buying 7 bags of frozen blueberries a week. And 2 cartons of oatmeal. and a box of stevia. I hope I c an get a physical therapist to help me with the total gym. That is the best thing Dr. said for ostyeporosis.

I am eating tuna and peas. More filling/. I will buy 21 cans of tuna and 7 bags of frozen peas I et 12 oz of albacore and 4 cups of peas. I am doing blue. I had a bowl of oatmeal and some blueberries But the blueberries are expensive. I am doing blue. my tums are 5 points. I take those for. calcium 6 a day.
