I decided not to work or go to school. I m down got 208. I go to WW tomorrow. then we go to a park for a NAMI walk but Scott an I are not walking. He is bringing the wheel chair on the bus so when I get off Scott will wheel me up the hill to the park. I can not climb that hill. I got my first 2 injections in both knees. I go fo next week and the third week. This is to build cartilage in the knees. the treadmill is in Scotts apartment leaving me the total gym.Yesterday I had 4 people visit to from my MCO and 2 from Gateway. they met each other. the Nami walk is the Alliance against Mental Illness WALK. I like my new case manager Alex. She is coming every Tuesday afternoon. I am very happy. I am going to have Gateway bring me my medication starting in November, I had gone to nearby pharmacy. But I p[refer they bring mje my medication. This is one reason I don't want to work. the nurse who called the agency to get started meals on wheels said she will call them when I said they dont have vegetarian really. I emailed the DVR counselor that I don't want to go further go to school or work.
