What are your favorite foods?

My favorite food use to be sweets. I use to joke when I went out to dinner I should skip the dinner because what I really wanted was the dessert. Now I'm mostly off sweets. I like most food but don't have favorites right now I think mostly due to my lack of food imagination.

My favorites are breads - whole grains most of the time, and fats - peanut butter, butter, olive oil. The fats help keep me satiated, but I have to work at keeping them within limits. I withdrew from sweets a few years ago, and I can do without them pretty well now.

I enjoy hearing about other's success in weight loss and maintenance. I really appreciate others experience with goal maintenance and like getting tips from them. The weight loss stories are always inspiring and I love to share the joy of someone getting to goal.

Others' successes - I find them inspirational - whether it's people I know, or posts or photos on here or Connect, or celebrities.
They always make me feel that weight loss and maintenance are actually achievable, not just theoretical, and that I have the ability to do that too.
