Hello, Connie, congratulations on being the BL this week!! I have my virtual meeting at 9am & a few errands to run. A cloudy fall day here today. I'm off to see the kids again to celebrate Aubrey's 3rd birthday Wednesday-Tuesday! One good thing is they don't snack much at their house Plan for the week. Plan meals as best I can, be mindful, track, waters!! Happy Sunday

Nancy, I hope your day was great. Have a great visit. Ladies, I am so determined, I am letting my grief fuel my determination. At least I can control my food intake and the amount I move.

Back from WATP 3 miles this morning. I have a busy week ahead. Breakfast now and off to the grocery store. Then Busy Hands Happy Hearts meeting. Still making teddy bears. I must drink a lot of water today due to blood test tomorrow.

good morning BL,
Up early doing laundry and tidying up some. I am getting back to the program.
Brenda, I hope you went for a nice walk. Walking helps me get out of my own head. Sometimes I do just 8 minutes of pilates. Yoga is not my thing.
Kelly I see your two miles and raise you two miles. I am going to try an OP day and see what it is like I have not had one of those for a long.
Mimi hope your test have great results.
Connie how are you doing, you are super busy. I love that you are working on your Geneology.

Good Morning!! Stayed OP yesterday. Added 2 miles of exercise. Been getting over 7000 steps a day in for 72 days now.
Brenda: Good job getting out and walking.
Claudette: You do AWESOME with your steps. I don't come close.

Hello, Kelly I love that you've made step goal everyday!! Congratulations. Claudette, kudos for your on program day!! Brenda, good for you getting out, I'm also out of shape from not walking. I've become so lazy!! Mimi, hope your appointment went good. Still not op! Tracking, waters and exercise all slacking yesterday. Off to my DD's I'll be home Tuesday! My plan is to do the best I can. Track as much as I can and be active. Happy Birthday
