June, thanks for our start. I have energy in the morning but wear out as the day goes on. Today Iβll take two walks, PTMH and continue with what I didnβt finish yesterday. Yesterday I baked Bob a simple cake and made the eggplant casserole and delicata squash with salad for dinner I also caught up with Big Sky. Itβs such a complicated plot with so many people and stories. Also the filming and some scenes seems so dark to me. I do like a complicated plot and Iβm going to stop watching a few of the series Iβve watched to many years. Sleep well

I will retire early so I have more spunk on Tuesday. Not enough sleep, auditors in the work place and working over an hour made for a very tired me. Auditors will be with us all week. Plans for Tuesday are to have a productive day at work, eat healthy, leave on time if possible and get movement in on Tues evening. June, thanks for the start...hope you find your oomph Ann, I hope you have a drama free night and day. Audrey, I've had the exact same thoughts about BigSky but I really enjoy the two leading ladies so I'll keep watching for a while. Wishing a peaceful night to all

I will KOKO by tracking every BLT on ITB and sticking with the purple plan.
Laundry was eventually finished drying in the dryer as 24 hours outside did not see it dry. I will finish putting it away later. I have frozen some of the white beans I cooked in the pressure cooker and we have a lot of fresh produce to use in meals for the next few days. Lunch will probably be leftover vegetable soup with a wrap of some sort or skip the wrap and have fruit salad with labneh as dessert?
LADONNA: Sounds stressful and busy with the auditors there. Hope you can relax and catch up on your rest.
JUNE: Did your grandmother mark her BIBLE with the boring or calming bits to help her sleep at night? Sounds busy as ever at your home!
BEE: Hope you enjoyed your day of rest.
SUSI: What kind of phone will/did you buy?
ANN: I hope that the tick did not carry a disease and that you will be fine. I have read that if you put something hot on the tick it will release the bite...not sure that is true or if I would want to put a match that was hot on the back of a bug and hit myself by mistake!
BECKY: Hope you are enjoying your business and find ways to relax, too.
AUDREY: My sister said it was windy yesterday in Chico and that she was expecting some yard cleanup due to broken branches. I saw that some of Sequoia's have burned or are in danger of burning. So sad! I am working on the OLD Traveler's pants from Chico's...they are all size 2s and way too long and big in the waist. I am putting in new elastic in the waistbands BUT they are still maybe 4 inches too long so need to figure out how to hem them. I figure that if I don't hem them I won't wear them so even if I do a bad job hemming and don't wear them...I will have tried and wouldn't wear them as they are now. I need to cut back on the Facebook groups, too. Even here I find a LOT of my time is burned up in some of the subgroups.
MJ: Sounds busy as always. I envy you the time you spend with your family!

Good morning all. Slept great and feel rested. My arm is still a little tender but it's healing and that's all that matters to me. I shall make that call to my PCP to see if she will do the testing in November. Other than that I plan on a do nothing kind of day. Cathy seems like you are keeping busy. Happy the purple plan is working well for you. LaDonna hope you get sleep in. I bet you'll be happy to see the auditors leave the building Audrey enjoy your two walks. These days I find it very hard to either read or watch anything on the dark side. Waving to all and shall CBL

Good morning all. I will be closing the jewelry party tonight so my hostess can pick out her free jewelry tomorrow and I can submit the party tomorrow night. She didn't get 10 orders so she won't be getting the full amount she could have been eligible for but I have done all I can. Only 2 people commented on her party page and she only got 7 orders. Two were mine. One because I needed to order the necklace she wanted for hosting the party. The other one was because of a promotion Park Lane has this month for breast cancer research foundation. With any size order you get a pink bracelet for $20. The first bracelet they offered sold out in a week even though they had bought enough to last through November. So they offered an even nicer bracelet. Most of the stylists are doing pink parties and are donating 20% of their proceeds to breast cancer. I am having a sample sale offering some of my private jewelry at a drastically reduced price and a certain amount of my proceeds will go to breast cancer research.
June I hope you find that oomph you need.
Ann I'm glad you had the tick removed and you are feeling okay even if sore and probably tired.
Audrey Enjoy your two walks. I watched a couple of Big Sky episodes at first but it's just not something I care to watch.
LaDonna I hope you have more spunk today. I can relate to not sleeping well.
Cathy You are doing well on purple. I hope all is well with you.
I have a Zoom meeting with my MK leader at 2:00. We wee going to Taylor to her house but we are expecting rain and Kenneth doesn't feel comfortable driving in it. Taylor tends to get a lot of rain when it rains so he doesn't want to risk it and I don't blame him. We need to run a few errands.

Sounds like you are doing a lot of GOOD with your jewelry by donating to breast cancer research, Becky. I can't say as I blame DH for not wanting to drive in the rain. Hope you find all you need while running errands. Forgot to mention after coming home from urgent care, Carl went and did the grocery shopping...and yes he DID score 3 more cans of Hunts Fire Roasted Tomatoes Picked up Benjamin's kibble and now we are all set for awhile. It's beautiful out there today. Took Benjamin for a nice walk...did 2 miles. Yesterday he was short changed so he was really walking tall today. Carl is off again dropping off our winter jackets to be dry cleaned and while out he will stop at Ocean State Job Lots for a few items. We have crazy deal cards to use up, so I'm sure he will come home with lots of 'stuff'...... In the meantime I am going to mosey over to the sectional open up the kindle and read.

Glad you could finish up the PT session with R, June Ann - Glad you decided to get the whole bug removed. I'm glad it isn't hurting too much. Audrey - I wasn't up to watching it yesterday. It's not going anywhere. I too find it awful dark in many ways but so good! Cathy - Sorry the laundry didn't dry outside. I ended up with a Samsung android. Mainly bought it because the reviews said the battery lasted a long time. Becky - Sorry the party did not go as well as hoped. Nice that you donate back. I don't blame him for not wanting to drive in the rain. So I waited a LONG time at Verizon but finally got the phone I wanted. I was going to pay outright but the sale price and incentive to pay over time only added $10 month to my current bill so it was worth it. And I can pay it off at any point.

Yesterday's PT session went well. She started with heat and massage, and then a bunch of new stretching/strengthening exercises (different from the ones I'm doing at home). My next session is on Thursday. I also got those phone calls made, and one e-mail sent (still waiting for a reply).
The rest the day was a random mix. We did a clean-the-freezer for last night's dinner: Salisbury steak for the Kressling, pork marsala for Toots, and shepherd's pie for me. Of course there was football in the evening. And since I'd defrosted 3# of ground turkey, I made a new batch of Salisbury steaks for us to have for dinner tonight and to freeze for quick dinners.
Today we're going to meet up with Toots' trombone-player friend at 1 PM; Toots is selling him some trombone mutes that he doesn't want any more. We'll take Pippin for a ride in the car. The Kressling may or may not come after his soccer game. And the Mouseketeer may be here this evening, if his brother has his baseball game. Napping is also a good use of our time.
Coffee... βοΈβοΈβοΈ... time for more...
π·ππππ·ππππ·ππππ·ππππ· Be well! Have a healthy-eating day, all! π·ππππ·ππππ·ππππ·ππππ·

June, glad you got the PT and wound care done.
Ann, hope you have a great day! Want to KOKO with me?
Audrey, I like an intricate book, but not an intricate movie. I get lost watching movies if they are intricate.
LaDonna, may the auditors work fast. Enjoy your day.
Cathy, I also redo clothes, always did. I only belong to 3 groups on-line, but have cut back tremendously on time I spend on-line.
Becky, sounds like a good plan. Are you enjoying being in the party-business world?
Susi, glad you got the phone you wanted. Not sure I would have waited.
MJ, sounds like a good day planned.
Am planning a good day. Waiting for the otherbutterfly in the terrarium to hatch, maybe today or tomorrow. Two hatched yesterday, onein the terrarium and one near the shed. Was fun to watch.
Hope ALL have a great day!

Susi happy you got the phone that you want and can pay it off when you choose. I strongly suggest napping of any kind MJ. Bet Pippin loves to ride in the car. Both Luigi and LuLa were not fans but Benjamin hops right in and settles down. He could ride forever. Bee would LOVE To koko with you Wish I could watch butterflies hatch. That must be something to see! Carl has not returned. Probably hooking up a U haul to the car to bring home his 'stuff'. Later!

Hello to all - got some pretty good sleep last night. PTL. Eating a quick lunch at my desk because I HAVE to leave on time this afternoon. I have a hair appt after work. Auditors are still here and we sure could use another hand in this office. It's just too much sometimes and when its not we could still use another hand. Enough of my whining. Cathy, the wrap sounds good to me. I love wraps and that sounds good with the soup. Ann, glad your arm is feeling a tad better. Reading on the sectional sounds divine LOL on carl needing a uhaul! Becky, so generous of you to donate to BCA - I have an office friend that wears pink the whole month of October. She rocks it! She is a survivor. Susi, enjoy that new phone! We have Verizon too and were offered many incentives last time one of us got a new phone. I also use the coupons you can get monthly on verizon up. I like the Amazon one for 3 or 5 dollars best. MJ, that heated massage would most likely have put me to sleep. When I was doing PO once for my shoulder I'd get SOOO sleepy on the table. They thought I was crazy. LOL Bee, Oh how special! I'd love to see that! Waving to Audrey and June

Becky, I would do everything by zoom especially to avoid bad weather. Also, what would Kenneth be doing when you were meeting her in person? This way he can do things at home. I'm sorry sales are slowing down but inflation has caused everyone to watch spending. Donating to breast cancer research is a wonderful cause. LaDonna, I hope everything goes well with the auditors. It is always stressful. Cathy, no one sees your hems and the important thing is not to have the pants dragging the ground because your shoe can get caught in it. Wind was very bad yesterday. We just need to do a lot of clean up from mostly neighbors' debris that flew in our yard but Rob sent a picture of a huge tree that fell toward the door of his office at the high school. It happened this morning and his new trainee was inside seeing leaves through the glass window that is above the door. Luckily he was able to squeeze out because there is no way to get out the other side. Last week's first rain must have helped uproot the tree. The wind has caused a huge fire at the Alisal Ranch in Santa Barbara County. We were there twice when the kids were little and it was so beautiful with no tvs but horseback riding, cowboys reading poetry and giving hay rides etc. It was such a special place. Ann, good for Carl for getting those tomatoes. I know you will use all of them. I am using a can in my soup today. Hope your bite heals well. Bee, I know what you mean about books compared to movies. With a book it is easier to go back if you are uncertain about something. I can rewind with my saved programs but it is not the same. I think Law & Order SUV is about as dark as I like. Susi, I am glad you got the phone you wanted. MJ, sounds like good plans for the day. I haven't had a massage since July and last night my back told me I needed one.
