Today is the day we share our goals for the week, and share what we will do with our me-time this week.

My goals for the week is to go to an in-person WW meeting, track, weigh and measure, make sure I have the right foods in the house, keep up with my online support groups, exercise, and meditate. My me-time will be spent reading, on the computer, playing puzzles, exercising, and meditating.

Goals: * Pre journal every night before bed. * Earn a blue dot everyday on WW app. * Complete the badge I'm working on. * Join at least one, or more, virtual workshops everyday this week. * Read and post on four online groups. * Plan my menus with mostly whole foods that include all the food groups. * Maintain at goal.
Me-time: * Spend time with my DD. * Keep in touch with my kids, friends, neighbors and former students. * Spend time watching tv, computer and read newspaper. * Maybe enjoy a sunset at the beach, a wedding or people watch.

GOALS * get a few pair of pants hemmed and new elastic in the waistbands * track every BLT on ITB * Stay positive
ME TIME * will take a class on Palmer style cursive through Montblanc late Wednesday night * Read/Review books

Goals: Get through the week without stressing about time for fitness while me sister visits with us Attend a Studio Workshop as well as Virtual Workshops especially since WW is talking about Sugar this week.
Me Time: Relax with a good book Take a few strolls to enjoy watching the leaves change color
