* ππ±π Tracking every BLT on ITB * Stretch Daily π§ββοΈ and Exercise πΆββοΈποΈ Laundry and hanging laundry on the line * Sketch or be Creative Daily βοΈπ I am still working in the closet AND have been doing some calligraphy practice daily... * work on altering/fixing clothes:) need to get the straight pins from the basement and the good scissors to cut the hems off...and want to watch again how best to do the hemming on YouTube <157.4>
Pam: Mom was five foot tall...she would give me clothes and the shirt sleeves were as were the pants BUT the short skirts in high school were perfect I was 5'4" tall (might have shrunk some?) and have found that is the height petite is geared to so SHORT people really won't fit into petite clothes...so strange! GisΓ©lle: I can do alterations and my husband is the son of a tailor so alters his own clothes many times. I don't know that it is WORTH altering them sometimes but might...if there is something in the donate suitcase I really think I might wear? Hems are not too bad though it is easier to have someone do the pinning than to just turn things up and hope for the best. I also knit, crocht, do other needlework, can decorate cakes...have dabbled in much over the years I am glad you enjoyed time with your sister even if she is a food pusher!
Karen: Hope all is well with you and your family.

Happy to be back home! I had a 4 hour drive back yesterday which wasn't so bad. Couldn't get on the scale til this morning and the news wasn't good. I really don't know what it's going to take but I must stop this runaway train! It isn't my #1 focus right now and it needs to be. We have a long, special day out today so maybe I can spend some time figuring that out, or putting a new spin on things. I need to get myself motivated as opposed to sinking deeper into the mire. On the plus side I got my steps every day since I last checked in. Didn't meditate much but got one session of gentle yoga with meditation done. The family is good. Thanks for asking Cathy. I saw my daughter too and she's moving forward but still not sharing much and that's ok. She knows I'm there if she needs me but she is taking care of her personal business the best she can. Work is good, she's doing therapy now since she found someone, and today will be week 3, I think. She also has an amazing opportunity coming up (when a door closes a window opens?) and that takes place this Sunday through the 24th. She stayed one night with me at my son's house and helped with the boys. I had a lot of sodium yesterday and really felt it. Plus I spent the entire night hydrating and held on to much of it. Have a great day everyone!!

tracking f/v just some housework and laundry read and dozed about 30 min
cathygeha, I had a good chuckle at your short skirts comment. I agree petite clothes don't really fit. They have less fabric to hem but, still require some hemming anyway. lol
klf722 , Welcome home! So good to hear that your family is doing well and your daughter is making progress. I hope this new opportunity is perfect for her. Sending positive energy to both of you. I know you'll find a way to reinvigorate your WL journey. You've had a lot on your plate, so be kind to yourself. Enjoy your special outing today.
Enjoy the day all!
