This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Susie - so glad that all was clear with the colonoscopy. As far as I remember, "antral" is just a general term that refers to the stomach, I think it's whatever words are used with it that actually define the condition. Are you feeling up to being back to all of your normal activities today? I would think the prep process might take a lot out of you...figuratively speaking. I know it literally does as well. Ha.
Robin - Well, sorry this interview wasn't for a "dream job" type position, but it never hurts to keep in top interviewing form. I always think just the actual interview is a good experience for us to have, even if we don't get or don't take the position. I'm still glad you checked it out, just in case and just to keep your mind and options open to future opportunities. It's easy to get stuck in a rut with a job, even when we may not particularly love it, so always good to be open.
I think it will be a pretty quiet day around here. Mark left a little while ago to work at his office - his last day there, and he meets with the new folks during his lunch to do all of the last minute stuff for them. So his day will be much busier than mine. I might pop out for a bit later, but haven't decided for sure yet.

Good Morning - slept MUCH better last night - lol! I actually felt pretty good yesterday "after" everything. I awakened with a headache, but felt fine after I got up and moving. I am back to my busy self today...starting with TAP this morning and then my Lincoln LLI class, then a pumpkin needle "felting" session with several of the "stitch-therapy ladies, then taking my DGS for a couple of hours while his parents go out to dinner and DH goes to an HOA meeting.... in other words.....normal busy day ....me and CC = the energizer bunnies - ha! Lora - thanks for starting us and for the info about "antral." Hope Mark has a good day and that if you pop out maybe you get to DG for something new and exciting?  ? Hey Susie! A good nights sleep surely does make a difference, doesn't it?
I popped out and actually stopped by not one, but TWO DGs. Lol. My regular one, and then I took a back way into the nearby town and stumbled across one that I never knew even existed. Lol. I also popped into Burke's where I picked up a little fall decor piece and a oil/vinegar bottle that has that little stopper/pouring top. I've been wanting one for a while, but wasn't willing to pay what anyone was asking for them, but this one was $3.99, so that was a price I was willing to pay. I also stopped in at WM to grab some coffee and Belk hoping to find the undershirts that DH likes, but of course they didn't have the size he prefers. I guess I'm heading over to Amazon or somewhere else online. Fingers crossed I can find them. Belk is where we got them last time, but that's been a couple of years ago.

Hello, Everyone,
Got through one day. Two more to go..ww have to do these other assessments quick.My partner said she'd do them quick but we better hurry as they are due on Thursday. I have to do mine too. Started some but havent finished except one and I cant find where I put it as I had to score it. Too much to do as I am trying to prepare for conferences for next week. At least I got the boy to sleep today.

I slept better last night too. Going to get ready for bed. Have a restful night.
