* 💜📱📒 Tracking every BLT on ITB * Stretch Daily 🧘♀️ and Exercise 🚶♀️🏋️ Laundry and hanging laundry on the line * Sketch or be Creative Daily ✏️📔 Palmer cursive is maybe what mom took and what my teacher had in elementary school as I see a lot of similarity between it and what I learned long ago. * work on altering/fixing clothes Finished first pair of pants...right length and look fine on. Now...on to the next pair! <157.4> Day three
Pam: I ended up doing the jersey-knit pants by hand. Folded them over, ironed, did the hem. Figured it would be easier to take out IF the hem wasn't right Hope the spine appointment went well! Gisélle: I am guessing you are resting up after the trip to take your sister back home. Hope all is well! Karen: Interesting that the restaurant you went to served Musar wine. That is made in Lebanon and the restaurant serves Israeli food...same region but...surprising. I have taken a number of people to the Musar tasting room. Their vineyards are in the Bekaa Valley but they press, age and bottle then store in the mountains on the other side of the mountain range nearest the Mediterranean Sea. They do have good wine but are a bit more expensive than Ksara and Kefraya and some of the others. Khoury wine is one of my favorites but they are a smaller bottle producer. Jeune is usually "new" wine. Your meal sounds tasty!

A glorious morning! Yesterday I was a slug, basically. Did essentially nothing. Did not get my steps. Did meditate. I was up & out early today and have time to myself. A great combination. Lots of potential. Hope to report lots tomorrow! Waves to all and have a beautiful day!

Well, I’m back! We had a nice smooth trip there and back on Monday. I spent Tuesday and Wednesday doing laundry and running errands, grocery shopping and then the ophthalmologist. Today I attended my WW Studio Workshop because they charged me in error 2 weeks ago and I needed to correct it in person. Ughhhh…. The meeting was fun too. Thank you cathygeha, doordie50, klf722, for the waves and hugs. I was able to read your posts even though I couldn’t settle down to make my own. I had a truly special time with my sister. We giggled about childhood memories, favorite foods and the no so favorites 🤪, household rules etc. She was enthralled by our nature walk as she living city-life again. She lived in Queens, NY before moving to Savannah GA where she lived for 36 years. After my BIL passed away she relocated to D.C. to live with my niece. She’s having a tough time with finding her words but the medication she’s taking seems to be helping. Of course, there’s no substitute for human interaction. It was sad saying so long. We have plans to do it again though. Hopefully I’ll get some reading done today. Now it’s time for a fun workout. Lots of goings-on here!!! Seems like we’re all on a roll. Let’s keep it going. cathygeha, you’re alterations are photo-worthy, for sure. klf722, I’m drooling! That sounds like a fantastic adventure you had. I’m glad you enjoyed. Sounds like something I would do. You’ll create a new regimen for your wellness now that you’re retired. There are so many adjustments that you’re making all at once. Hey! Just living life. 🥰 doordie50, Good job! You’re batting almost 1,000. Go you! I’m loving those smiley faces😀 3/4 Winning!!!
