FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!

Hello! I had a good day yesterday with exercise -I walked 6 miles on the TM, first time in a LONG time. It helps not getting any 1:00am phone calls from work the night before! So today I go for 2-4, time permitting. And I need to lift weights and stretch! I've gotten lazy about that. But I really seem to be over the Lyme's disease. The brain fog is gone and I feel interested in exercising and working on my yard and house.
