Ann, thanks for our start. June, I hope these next days are better for R. I will PMTT and get in outdoor walks. Iβm going to try to go to Costco with a short list when they open. My panic attack yesterday slowed me down so most of today I will try to do little things Iβve been putting off and meal plan with a grocery list for Saturday. LaDonna, Iβm glad your uncle is leaving the hospital.

Everyone else - read your posts and am thinking of you!
Wishing everyone all the best the day has to provide!

The state fair is in Columbia this weekend thru next. We will not go but it excites a lot of people. LOL We used to take the kids and I did enjoy looking at the displays. Today is a teacher workday and monday is a day off from school so the kiddos have a long weekend. We have staff development meetings (stepping into one at 9)and work...exciting I know. Come on 4oclock. Audrey I pray you have a peaceful day and can relax your mind and body. Cathy also thinking of you Ann, hope you find all you need at Hannofords. My cabinets are looking bare so I need to either put in an online order or get out and about and do some shopping. I may do the latter to get out of the house some this weekend. Maybe an Aldi run. Bee, wow lady congrats on the scale move! We will have some nights in the 40's coming in the next few days. looking forward to them. Love this time of year.

Yesterday I almost forgot about my PT session; fortunately I remembered in time. I could get addicted to the hot pack followed by massage. The errands part of the day worked out well and although we waited too long to have lunch (2:30 PM) THAT made it easier to hold out until after 9 PM for dinner (not something I want to make a habit).
Today there is a short list of errands. And the day will include a nap. I was awake at 3:30 AM <meh> so I went back to bed from 7 to 9-ish - but that may not be enough.
Coffee... βοΈβοΈβοΈ... breakfast... and a beautiful day...
π·ππππ·ππππ·ππππ·ππππ· Be well! Have a healthy-eating day, all! π·ππππ·ππππ·ππππ·ππππ·

MJ enjoy your errands. Pippin is simply darling LaDonna we never made it to any of the fairs this year either. The one closest to us is our least favorite so we opted out. Have fun stocking up. We took a nice hood walk. It was great weather. Ended up having to take my sweater off! By Sunday our temperatures are going to dip and I'm SO waiting for that to happen In a bit we'll leave for Hannaford's then I'll decide what (if anything) will get done

June - So sorry to hear about your rough couple of days. Hopefuly, R will now heal correctly. Prayers also for your DN DH that the drugs work. Ann - Glad you gut in a good walk. Glad you got in a good walk. LaDonna - Glad you had and OP day and that your uncle can come home. Hope work isn't too bad. Unfortunately last weekend was the last one for whale watching. We may do a seal or lighthouse tour by boat. Audrey - So sorry about your panic attack. They are so scary. Enjoy your walks Cathy - Have a KOKO day. We are taking Lily. The gal who takes care of Lily will take care of the cats and the neighbor at the end of the street will take care of the ferals. Bee - Yay on below goal! MJ - Love the new pic of Pippin. He is just too cute. At least your PT is enjoyable! So I bought Lily a new rope toy yesterday. She is down to one as she is very hard on them. I will be taking the pieces that are left back to Petco tonight and get a triple thick one instead. Tomorrow I'm going to practice putting the bike rack and bikes on the back of the car and do a test drive to make sure they are secure. I may go to the bike shop and have them double check it too. That's about it.

We are going to the pet store to get another bag of Pippin chow and are planning to get him a rope toy, also. For a small pup, he has remarkably strong jaws. One thing of note: he is not a barker. People can come into the house and he comes and checks them out, and then sits on their feet until they rub his belly. He recognizes family (DaBoyz, the Mice, and MissMouse) and practically wiggles himself out of his fur when he sees them.

Nice that Pippin is not a barker, MJ. Benjamin barks at the doorbell and at times when our neighbor's dog is barking. Susi good idea to have the bike shop see if the rack is secure. Found all we needed at Hannaford's even scored a few more cans of Hunts Fire Roasted Tomatoes

Took my two walks and made it to Costco focusing on a very short list. I actually parked at Winco first and realized the store looked different so my mind isnβt all there. The parking lots are adjacent. I canβt do personals but thank you for the kind thoughts.
