Weather is cooling down, weight is fixed in place for the fourth day, I do have more wrinkles and some saggy skin BUT prefer it to being too heavy...at least so far. I also find that as I get older my vision is impacted so the wrinkles don't show unless I look in a magnifying glass
LYN: What did you take to wear for the dressy dinner?
BEVERLY: Your sister-in-law sounds unhealthy not only in being underweight. I hope she will get stronger! I am 5'4" tall - or was - my goal weight at the high end is 145...still have 12 pounds or 15 for a cushion to get there.
CHERRY: I am so happy your DS2 will be coming to visit! I wish *I* were heading to the USA to see my family as it has been about that long or will be that long before I see them if I see them within the next 12 months...it has been TOO LONG!

Good morning,
We are getting rain today, supposed to turn much cooler, I am looking forward to it. I still have some herbs, oregano & basil, that I need to harvest & dehydrate before the weather freezes. We usually don't actually get a freeze until mid to late November. Sometimes it is even the first of December.
Cathy, just let your goal weight be what you are comfortable with. Took me a lifetime to figure out that I am a chub. This is the way I am, the way I have always been & the way I will always be. I just try to be happy the way I am. I am about 12 lbs over my WW goal & I am trying to get back there, but if I don't make it, it is ok. Mainly I want to fit into my "skinny" clothes. I have tons of clothes & I want to be able to fit into them & be comfortable. I threw out & donated all my "fat" clothes, so I can never go back to them. Cherry, so glad that you #2 is coming for a visit!! You will enjoy it so much. Thank goodness, all of my kids live within an hour & 1/2 of me, so I see them often.
Lynn, Hope you are having a ball on your trip.
The kids are taking DH out to a fish dinner tonight, since his bday is this coming week & he has to have cataract surgery on the other eye the day before his actual bday, so we are going out tonight. Hopefully, they will serve grilled chicken. I will have that with a baked potato.
Great Friday everyone.

Good morning. After my weight bouncing around between 154 and 156 for several weeks now, this morning I lost 2 lbs. making it 152. Hope it stays there and doesn't bounce up again. My ultimate goal is 145. I have shrunk over the years from my original height of 5'6" and am now 5'2"! I think the last time I measured I was 5'4", so I have really shrunk. According to my BMI for my current height I should weigh about 130. That's not going to happen. I did get my bread baked yesterday, but I didn't get to the tomatoes. I wanted to get out and plant my remaining 5 tulip bulbs, but today it is cold and windy. I just don't want to be out in it, even though it is sunny. Sunday is supposed to be about 69 so I think I'll wait until then. I guess today is a good day to make relish. Have a nice day, my friends. Edited to add that Roger stopped by for a few minutes and I had him measure me. I am 5'3", so not quite as short as I thought.
