FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!

Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs September 1 through Thanksgiving, 2021.

Mo that's terrific. thanks for starting us. I am eating 4 cups of brown rice a day and 16 ounces of albacore tuna. I am drinking crystal lite lemonade., I am very lucky. Scott and I threw out the the total gym. The physic al therapist came and I was scared of it. Scott will bring the treadmill down from his apartment today. I want that for the physical therapist. I got 2 more injections in both knees to build cartilage. One more. time next Thursday will be done then. Those 3 times in both knees help. I am allowed to get every 6 months if I want. We went shopping yesterday with Russ. We will shop next Wednesday with Vanessa. I bought tuna and crystal lite . I am doing that because it is cheaper than diet soda. And it is easier to carry. I also bought KitKats.. I at4e a lot yesterday. I bought Scott npiza. today I thing we have a good meal for meals on wheels. I don't know if Scott want s to eat it. But I will eat it feef and vegetable stew sounds good
