* ππ±π Tracking every BLT on ITB * Stretch Daily π§ββοΈ and Exercise πΆββοΈποΈ * Sketch or be Creative Daily βοΈπ practiced some cursive * work on altering/fixing clothes Copper deemed too large by husband - said I can keep for if I regain so put those into the donate suitcase...in case I gain?!?!?! <157.4> Day five
Pam: a serving of vegetables is 1/2 cup cooked and 1 cup uncooked. I found that having them prepared to eat in the fridge made it easier to get them in...Sorry you have allergies to some fruits...that can make it harder. GisΓ©lle: I hope your sister is happy with her daughter. I understand your having to trust her children to have her best interests at heart. Karen: I am impressed by your decluttering! I still have a few towels from when we married but most have disappeared over time. I have gotten rid of old linens and clothes and other things. Most of them I don't miss but sometimes... Do your sister and niece live nearby or did they come to visit?

Ugh, Cathy, did he really say that? Yup. I would have tossed them after that too! My sister lives on the Island too, but in Suffolk County (further east). Her husband had surgery that morning and she needed to be out of town after his mom had a medical issue in Las Vegas. They left the week before and I said I could pick them up. Everyone's good, so there's that. Pam & Giselle I am inspired by how well you are both doing! Yesterday was a nice day. I almost made my steps and got in a great meditation with a singing bowls sound bath. First thing in the morning we drove out east to my brother & SIL to meet them and have breakfast. It's a 1 hour drive each way. It was a beautiful day, a pretty drive and a great get-together. We went back to their house and hung out a bit longer and got home at 2. I cooked a nice dinner before my 7 PM (local) sound bath. I've tried sound healing on Zoom and it simply does not translate well. I only do in-person now and have on average at least 3 events/month I can attend. After surgery I can still go if I get a ride there and back and sit in a chair instead of laying down on my mat. I will not be able to get myself up with only my L arm. I will have to skip my Restorative class for the 6 weeks or so. Unless I do that in a chair, if at all possible. It's usually all done on the floor and is a series of restful poses with meditation. I'll have to speak with the owner of the studio re: its viability. That's every Wednesday at 7, also on Zoom. It's a beautiful breezy morning. My husband is closing up the boat for the season and needs to remove items on board for storage before they wrap her up. He went out early for the first run. Scale was down a drop. I'll take it! Have a lovely start to the weekend everyone!

Greetings!
Cathy : Iβm loving βwatchingβ you sort through your closets. In case you gain?!?!? Nope!!! π³ Cursive writing relaxes me sometimes. I can always tell what my real mood is when I look back at my writings. Itβs revealing. I was sorry to learn that it had been dropped from our public schoolβs curriculum. The Parochial schools continued requiring it for a bit longer.
π‘ - RDO π€© - Walked outdoors, virtual WW meeting,
I was disappointed that our stove delivery had to be rescheduled but I was impressed with the storeβs customer service. It looks like weβll be all set for delivery in 2 weeks and conversion in 3 weeks. We can handle 1 week without cooking. I may cook some meals to freeze for that period. If necessary we can microwave, Airfry or Instapot?
Waves to Pam & Karen ππ½

tracked f/v 4 planned day off got a 20 min. nap - worked wonders
cathygeha, What an unfortunate comment. I too would have put them in the donate suitcase. Cathy you're doing so well with your goals. Kudos!
klf722, Sounds like a wonderful day with your DB and SIL. Way to go with your goals and the scale! I'm glad you can still do the sound healing after surgery with a little assist. Hopefully there's a way you can still do the restorative class too.
luvvinlife, GisΓ©lle it's a shame the new stove is going to be delayed. It's going to awesome when you do get it and you'll both be whipping up some Epicurean delights. It's a great idea to freeze a few things for that week. Great job with you goals!
