FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs September 1 through Thanksgiving, 2021.

I have started over today.I am changing my insurance. I have to meet with an care manager to go over my budget. I may have to pay some for 8 hours of help at home. I am not sure if it will start November or December.I called a help line to start a Medicare D plan. I could start November 1. They said their budget was not firm so maybe they would pay for the whole 8 hours a week.

I am going to walk in wat4er and join Princeton gamin November. I am going to buy 12 books of aratransit tickets a month. The best thing is water for arthritis. I have 2 swimming dresses. I want to lose weight before I go. I am going to buy 12 books of par transit tickets a month, That will allow me to go to WW Saturday every week and the gym every day. I figured out that my new insurance has to pay for the entire 8 hours in order for me to do that. I will speak to them next week and may start in November if we develop a plan. I don't think I fit into the suits yet. So I have to lose weight till I can. they re see 26.

Good Morning, Amy thanks for getting us going.
I made myself go yesterday and get my bloodwork done. I have not lost any real weight since my appt in July but I think my thyroid and other numbers are ok. I have the online med chart sso I can see the results before the dr does --or at least at the same time.
Jim and I are going to plan meals this week. I am so freaking bored with food choices in the last year really.

Amy I have gone to water aerobics before and it really is great exercise. Maybe you could find a suit to fit you now so you can start going. It will probably lift your spirits and also help you on a healthier path without having to wait til the other suits fit. Just my unasked for opinion
I am planning to get out and walk today.

I asked my trust to pay for Princeton for 24 months that would help and I asked my new insurance to give me 12 books of para transit tickets to go every dat to Princeton and back. I have shoes to wear in wet water. I ordered a wheel chair to help me go food shopping because my knees hurt. My old one can't fold anymore. The wheel chair is coming in 2 weeks. I got my booster Friday for Moderna. I really am happy because I did not 3qnt to return to WW until I got my booster 7 months from m6 last.
