FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

GOOD MORNING. I shop today. I will buy red delicious apples 1.19 a pound or large apples .79 a pound. I will buy brown rice too which I make in my microwave rice cooker. I like to eat hal an apple and 1/2 cup of brown rice 8 times a day. mmm. hot brown rice and cold apples I love that. maybe I will add 1/4 cup of black beans a meal with that.

I am adding 1/8 cup of black beans a portion for 1 cup of black beans 4 apples and 4 cups of brown rice. If I get salad or fruit or vegetable from meals on 2heels I eat that too.
