Good morning WW friends. Slept well and grateful.
Today Carl has an appointment with a urologist and I shall stay put with Benjamin. I shall work on accomplishing some household chores.
Supper shall be something simple...either grilled cheese and tomato soup *(even though there isn't a flake of snow) LOL or Subway. They have a good one near where he is going, as the only one left in our town is extremely skimpy with the meat.
Waving and shall CBL

Household chores are complete..or as complete as they are going to get. I know when to call it quits!
Took Benjamin out and he did his thing quickly for which I was happy. Now just waiting for Carl to come home. He's at the Pharmacy picking up an Rx. He had his appointment with the urologist which was a good fit compared to the one he went to last year. He has an enlarged prostate and has a follow up appointment in 2 weeks.
Now I'm going to finish up a few more things online and mosey over to the sectional to read.

Hi all,
Ann, I hope Carl does well at the doctor's.
It's a quiet day for me working from the hotel. It won't be much longer since today is a big day - we received our Occupancy Permit! Hooray. The cleaners are there and there are other last minute things being done but we are good to move in. We are going to stay here at the hotel another week to get some rugs in and movers lined up, etc. Finally, we will have this dream come true. :-)
Last night I had a wonderful dinner with my book friend buddies at one of their homes. She is truly a gourmet cook and made a delicious mushroom/cheese/leek/bread type casserole. She's French and has the cooking gene! She served it with a great salad and made a gingerbread bundt cake for dessert. All yummy. We chatted about everything until close to midnight so I am dragging a bit today. I skipped out at noon to get my nail's done a pretty red with a tiny bit of sparkle. I also picked up a mini-Jersey Mike's sub. I love how they have small ones. It's just enough.
DD seems to be managing this painful condition okay with her meds. I feel badly for her and so wish I could be there to help.
I told my boss that the house is nearly ready for occupancy and he asked me to please not quit. He said we'd work out a plan. I'd like to do that and not leave him in the lurch right now. I do like my job and hope we can figure out a mostly work at home situation.
Pam, I hope your DH's foot is doing better and he is managing to stay off it as much as possible.
Sue, hope the school week is going well.
I'll check in later. Off to get some work done.

Finally your dream is coming true and before you know it you'll be in and happy.
I am so thrilled for y'all.
The doctor gave Carl 2 Rx with a follow up 12/13.
I shall wave to Pam and Sue and catch up tomorrow.

Good Afternoon, WW Friends ~
TGIF!! I woke early this morning to pouring down rain and it has rained all day long!! I had a text message from one of my teachers who had offered to help me with some online instruction & testing because I was having difficulty getting into their site. She was up all night with a migraine headache and let me know she wouldn't be at our school. I went on to WW and then a breakfast chat with my VBF and that really perked me up! I came home and tackled the online instruction/testing one more time and it worked! I was so proud!! Got it done and printed my certificate. I did all of our laundry and did some work on the computer, then went to my PCP's office to have my TB test 'read' and picked up my PE form. Then I went to our school and gave the principal all my paperwork - to which she remarked "you're all done!". I'm pretty sure I'm the first one, as we had a long list of stuff to complete before the licensing inspection the end of next week. I was pretty proud of myself.....
So now our laundry is done and though DH and I talked about going out tonight, it is still raining and he called and asked if I was sure I wanted to go back out in the nasty weather?? We settled on him bringing home fish 'n tater tots from my favorite place. While I was out, I went to the Hallmark store and bought a birthday card and wrapping for VBF's birthday gift. I ordered her a special sweatshirt, and I liked it so much that I ordered one for me as well. I have washed and softened and dried them and hers is ready to wrap. Too bad her birthday is still a month away! <LOL> I also had to stop at Dollar Tree for a spray bottle as this morning mine bit the dust. When I wear my hair so short, I need to spritz it in the morning and run a brush through it. This morning when I sprayed my bottle, nothing happened. Now I have a brand new one ready for tomorrow.
Ann ~ Glad Carl did well at the doctor. I love the sound of your simple supper. You made me smile with the mention of the tomato soup and grilled cheese (and snow). That is a fond thought though I am not in a hurry for the snow!
Judy ~ Your boss sounds very agreeable and like you will be able to work something out work-wise. Do you already have rugs picked out? or do you need to shop for them? I can only imagine the level of excitement around your place :-)
Pam ~ Glad you got the stuff ready for the Camp. Good that DH's wound is not worse, that has to be good, right??
I think I am now finished with this busy day, and am headed for my La-Z-Boy. DH should be home with supper very soon and I am ready.
Have a wonderful evening and sweet dreams!
