FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever! WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too! Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. This challenge runs September 1 through Thanksgiving, 2021. I AM EATING GREEN. I am eating 4 cups of brown rice 1 cup of black beans and 4 red delicious apples. I have 8 meals. I divid apples in half I core them and cut them. I have 8 rummermaid 2 cups I dive into 8 meals. I eat 1/2 cup brown rice 1/2 apple and 1/8. cup of brown rice 8 times during the day. I asm so happy. I make the brown rice in the microwave. I have a 1/8 cup measure. I measure 2 cus of brown rice in my cooker and 4 cups of water in a microwave rice cooker. I cook for 21 minutes. I really like what I am eating. My physical therapist is coming Sunday at 2pm.

Hi Brenda! I hear you on getting a plan in place!
So my sister is starting keto again monday (nov 1) so I'm going low carb for two weeks starting then too. To break my dependence on junk which tends to be low fiber carbs for me plus drop a few pounds quickly which makes me feel better about myself. I walked 4 miles a day 4 days last week and lifted weights at home twice. So this week's goal besides the low carb diet is to walk 4 miles 5 days and lift weights 2-3 times.
