Good Morning, WW Friends ~
Happy Halloween!! and Happy Sunday! I also slept very well and it was welcome! We have a bit of sunshine trying to peek through, which is a rare sight around here. We really could use it!!
I am in the midst of shopping for a new printer. Mine is very old and the online support has been discontinued. I can still use it but cannot check my ink levels, etc. I just put in a new black and a new color so by the time it needs it again I plan to have a new one ..... preferably Wi-Fi! So that is my distraction for this week :-)
Hope all is well with everyone! BBL. Make a great day!!

Happy printer shopping, Sue. Hope you find what you need and at a good price. It's absolutely beautiful out there. We took the birthday boy for an extended walk. He sniffed each and every leaf and blade of grass and then some LOL. It's been awhile since he's been able to do that with all the rain. He had a blast and we did as well just watching him. After a few more online duties I plan on playing fetch with the bday boy with some of his bday toys LOL. Waving and shall try to cbl. We also plan on watching PumpkinHead with Lance Henriksen (spelling) which is our to go to Halloween movie. I shall pop popcorn and have it with a few Halloween candy treats. Tomorrow I shall hit reset

Happy Halloween 🎃 and happy birthday to Benjamin and Lula. Aren’t you wonderful to adopt older doggies, Ann! They are so sweet…most of the time! Doug is in the doghouse today. Yesterday we were at the Cape and the dogs were with me in the house. We had the door open briefly and Doug zoomed out! Ugh! It was dark nearly. He took off like a shot. DH was able to react and grab Daisy as she was in hot pursuit of Doug, too. I zoomed out the door in a state of panic. He’s so fast that I had no idea where he’d gone and all I could think about were those damn coyotes. I went to the beach and the tide was rising, but I know he loves the beach. I rapped on a neighbors door to see if I could run down their steps to the other beach. They quickly joined the search. Long story short, I wound up in water up to my hips to get to another set of steps. I ruined my new Merrill shoes and yelled my head off for Doug. It turned out that DH had found him within 5 minutes sitting in the neighbor’s steps! The dope! DH couldn’t find me but heard me yelling in the distance. I trudged up a road in the dark I call coyote alley. DH and the neighbors found me. The irony is that Doug is so clingy with me and won’t even allow me a trip to the bathroom without following me but takes off in a jaunt at the first opportunity. I wanted to toss him into the water when it was done and I think 8 have PTSD. I swear I’d swim across a shark pit for him.
We bought 3 beautiful rugs today at Macy’s from Turkey. Wool, hand knitted and beautiful modern blue grey patterns. Three different in same color patterns and family for the dining room, family room and mud room. We also bought bath mats for the bathrooms. It was rug day! We’re excited about our choices.
The house looks great with a few things left to do. We’ll be in our hotel another week anyhow but should be moving soon. We’re trying to line up movers for Friday.
Have a good day. Off to rest. Lunch was at the 99 today. Dinner will be very light.

OMG Judy. I can't even begin to imagine what you went through. I had tears in my eyes reading it...especially when you mentioned coyotes and the ocean.
Sorry about the shoes.
Our day was peaceful and pleasant.
Benjamin loved his toys and especially the cookie bones lol.
The boys are out for the last walk of the day. I sat that out and got jammified.
Time to read.
