Gail: Virtual subscription os $140. which I think is a steal for excellent performances. Again, we couldn't have been more delighted with the first show. Thanks for the list. C was going to put one together for me, but I thought others on this board would be interested to see the full list.

I watched YELLOWSTONE tonight and also recorded it. 2 episodes to start the new season. Could not wait for this one to start!!! My Son in law, Grandson in law are both fans, and they are so good at remembering the dialogue. It is fast paced and sometimes even I can remember some of it. I could not even say who is my favorite character for this TV show. Has anyone else become a fan?

I watched Mrs. Dalloway tonight for the umpteenth time. I love that movie! I also love Vanessa Redgrave! The library is doing another basket auction this year and I am doing one on the theme of afternoon tea. We put a book in the basket that goes along with the theme. I thought Mrs. Dalloway would be a good choice for mine, but now, I think not. Anyone have any ideas?

I am a big Benedict Cumberbatch fan, as is my cousin (she even got pillow cases with his face on them). She recommended THE ELECTRICAL LIFE OF LOUIS WAIN on Amazon Prime. Just saw it nd loved it. It is about Louis Wain, a rather eccentric man, whose drawings of cats became wildly popular in England. Beautifully done. Claire Foy (WOLF HALL, THE CROWN) is the other lead.

I just caught up with THE MORNING SHOW on Apple TV+. Egads, there are so many things happening in a short time that it stretches the imagination.
Also watched THE PROBLEM with JON STEWART on Apple TV+. The latest episode is an excellent one about guns and gun control. Even if you are not in favor of gun control, you might want to watch this one to hear what the opposition is saying. He is good!

I don’t watch very much prime time TV anymore. Love streaming on Hulu as I was able to watch Adele and Oprah. Adele is so amazing. I am glad she is back! Did anyone see Adele last night?

BECKY A teenager's weekend at a lake house with her Dad and stepmother and step brother to be takes a turn for the worse when a group of escaped convicts wreak havoc on their lives. Little do they know that sweet Becky isn't your average teenager and will wage a war of equals in outsmarting and ultimately becoming a killing machine for any chance of survival.
Cast Lulu Wilson, Kevin James, Joel McHale, Amanda Brugel, Robert Maillet, Ryan McDonald, James McDougall
well I guess you know what kind of a bloody movie this was. I did get a kick out of it. Did have to turn my head a couple of times. And Keven James?? yep!!
I liked it, and surprised I did.

Anne, Sorry you missed Adele. I looked it up to see if it was available anywhere: “How to watch ‘Adele One Night Only’ online on-demand
If you missed “Adele One Night Only” or want to watch other CBS events online as they become available, look for the show on Paramount Plus (free trial).”

Ann the Adele special was on CBS If you have ON Demand give it a few days and you should be able to see it there. I forgot to set the rccord for it and didn't get home in time to watch it. so that is what I am going to do. I don't have Paramount Plus .

I will do the free trial on Paramount Plus to see Adele once my film class is over Thursday.
Thanks for looking it up, Ruth and Connie.
Our class Thursday is on THE CONVERSATION, the film by Francis Ford Coppola that stars Gene Hackman and was influenced by BLOWUP. Fun to see it the same semester as we viewed BLOWUP. I am a Gene Hackman fan and enjoyed watching it this week for the first time since I saw it when it was originally released. We will have lots to talk about in the class.
