How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Merry Christmas today! Yesterday I went to gym early instead of early walk. Rode my bike carefully there and glad I have on the special winter studded traction tires on. Roads bare but great for that rare patch of frost.
Anyhoo I rode for 50' and lifted weights for 30'. Then scurried around the house a bit. Cleaned the stove top and mopped the kitchen floor etc. WHEW! Hope I didn't hide things so well I never find them. Tried carefully not to do that.
