FALL IS ahead. we have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!

Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

Today is water day. I just brought in all the water off the back porch. I had about 15 bottles of water on our enclosed porch but they will freeze if I do not bring them in. This way they will be closer to me anyway with more of a chance that I will drink them!
Water isn't usually a problem for me but the reminder is good. So far this week (well, since Monday), I've been OP and have walked at least 4 miles on my TM (6 miles one day). So that's great especially the being OP part -I can't remember that last time that happened! But haven't been lifting weights (although today's another day!) or stretching.
