FALL is here! We have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs September 1 through Thanksgiving, 2021. Hello! I'm back from my WW meeting and finally saw some real results thanks to this week's low carb diet. I don't know if being low carb made that big a difference -I think it was more just being OP all week. THAT'S a miracle!
So just walked 1 mile on the TM, 5 to go so I can say I went the extra mile (or 2!).

I am going to eat 4 cans of tuna and 6 apples nd 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for now on.
