luvvinlife, I hear you. I'm traveling at the end of the month (but at least not a road trip) and I'm already starting to stress out. Nothing bad ever happens - just the well-worn catastrophe track in my brain. Also, overnight guest on Saturday. Is house clean enough? Keep meditating... Wednesday, November 10: 123.8 - no change.
