Sunday 52 minutes walking to and from the swim venue and then all around the hotel area before our drive to Wisconsin. It's been a great day. DG1 swam her heart out today!

Sunday - 30 minutes plus Functional Fitness, Yoga 13, 329 Steps 1 Day HOF/SHOF Sally, It just terrifies me to think I would give up my daily exercise and over the years there have been so many days that I forged onward and got it done because of KISS, WeeklyWalkers. Friday I had my annual physical and the doctor is so impressed with my physical fitness and most of all my attitude! I know we would keep going no matter what!!! However, I don't know what I would do without you. Thanks for keeping us going

I had a kidney doc appointment in Ohio last Tuesday and was given much the same feed back. ( Can you spell world backward? It's part of a cognitive test they give.) Sisters across the miles we will always be, cheering each other along the journey!!! Hugs

Monday 50 minutes on a long walk in the neighborhood. Sun is shinning and warm enough to walk without a sweatshirt. Yea! Here's to the WeeklyWalkers and KISS!

Tuesday 45 minutes walking the neighborhood this morning in 45 degree temps and now it's 61. Fall in Wisconsin. I do believe moving more is the best way to stay fit and healthy. Keeping It Simple (Stupid) Sally!!!

5 Days HOF/SHOF Sally, The last year or so, I've been in favor of keeping our own stats for a number of reasons. Also why there is a rule that the thread has to be redone once a week is not something I really understand. We can always do it once a month which would make life easier for us. I will start it on Sunday leaving out the names and we can run it for a month. I would post daily just like I do and nobody would need to keep stats. I wonder also if we might get a little creative with the whole thing which I think might be fun! I really loved!!! your trips to Disneyland. Personally I could go for some imaginary prizes that I could earn--like a trip to Tahiti or a new pair of walking shoes
