GOOD MORNING. I am really starting today. We had so many sweets yesterday during college football game downstairs. I am eating 16 ounces often in 8 meals 6 apples in 12 meals 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. I made a budget. I can do well. I found a new agency after the one I use now ends its contract with my public MCO December 31. but rich who comes on weekends gave us the name of one he also works for. I will call my team at my public MCO and ask for that agency which does have a contract with the public MCO.

Scott bought doughnuts for the Packer game in community room. I am going to et why I am eating. tuna and warmed up 6 apples. I am happy I am doing this. Th red delicious apples are the cheapest in the grocery store we go to. I will buy 42. I figure about 25 dollars. I will buy 28 can of albacore tuna. I don't need Toby peanut butter. I have enough diet soda to last me a week. I am gt in 16 more 2 cup rubbermaid cups with top from Amazon Tuesday. That will allow me to put tuna in 8 and put apples in 12 of those cups which I core and then have a8 cutter and I cut those in half when I warm them. I am adding 2 tablespoons of peanut butter.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy! Yay for gaining an hour! Amy, sounds like a good plan. It's great you're easing back into walking on the TM and working out your arms. Sounds like a good plan with the storage containers. I think I had a mild stomach bug yesterday. I couldn't finish on the TM but I'm feeling a lot better today so will hopefully make up the mileage and then some!

Woohoo! I finally got my bootey outdoors and hiking for 3 miles at Beaver Lake! And it didn't kill me! I guess all those miles recently on the TM, even though on zero incline and using arms for balance, have built up some endurance. Several months ago I wouldn't have been able to complete 3 miles -1 would have been challenging.
