There will definitely be glitches for at LEAST a few days, just hang in there everyone, you don't need to report them I'm sure WW IT has been notified 85 million times by now 😉

I'm confused. This morning I did the assessment and got 21 dailies and 28 weeklies. Then later, I got an email from WW, welcoming me to the plan, and saying Psst! Your new points are 31 and 28. I guess this is a glitch? I sure would like to have 31 rather than 21. When I go on the app, it still says 21. I got that same glitch.

UPDATE ON THE ACTIVITY TRACKER:
They took the tab away on desktops only. It is still on the phone app. Someone on Barrett Pastor's FB group told me she did a weights workout, entered it the usual way and she can see it and her dailies went up the amount of the APs. There's still something new with steps versus entering it yourself, I've had enough digging and deciphering for today and will figure that one out tomorrow.

I believe we covered that back on page 2 NatureLover , yep it's gone from the website along with the water tracker. (And no veggie tracker on the website either.) The website is down to the bare bones and looking really pathetic. * They just keep plugging the app on the website. And the difference is there is now an option to either choose steps or minutes on the assessment to earn extra points (no longer called FitPoints). On the app you can manually enter "steps" under activity (for instance if you have a pedometer and count steps that way). And yes, you earn daily points from activity, water, non-starchy veggies.

ladymajky sounds like a glitch for now, unless you took assessments on both the computer and app and answered differently, in that case when your account syncs it should rectify the situation. I took the assessment on the desktop. Like you said, I like to type with all my fingers. Now it's 3 1/2 hours later, and it hasn't sync'd yet. The app still shows way more points for stuff. Maybe tomorrow....

So some of the stuff I eat often went down and some went up. My Aldi's 3 point english muffin was now 4. Not surprised not much fiber since it's not whole grain. My corn tortillas that used to be 2 for 3pt or 3 for 5pt are still 2 for 3pt but now 3 are only 4pt. My individual serving size cup of guacamole was 1/2 was 2pt now only 1 and the whole thing is now 2pt instead of 3. My Jarlsberg lite swiss cheese slice is now 2pt instead of 1. 1/4 cup of almonds is now 3pt I had read olive oil went up but mine says 1 tsp is still 1pt. Wine is still 5oz for 4pt Vodka is went up from 3pt to 4pt for 1.5 fl oz FF refried beans went down to 2pt from 3 for 1/2 cup My Killer Dave's thin sliced bread is the same. My Pure protein bars are the same

So I’m concerned about exaggerating my fruit and vegetable servings. Are we to use the FDA standard for servings? Do I need to enter those servings separately from actually tracking my meals?

Question about "counting" vegetables towards the extra points. It looked like the system may have automatically given me a point for my veg's with breakfast. But I was also able to click on the "+' button and it added another point. Perhaps the initial point was activity? Does the system automatically figure out veg, or are we to manually add veg (similar to how the water feature has worked), or is it both (i.e. it will caculate veg based on detailed tracking, but you can also do "+" as a "quick add" type function) Inquiring minds want to know!

I am overall very happy with it. I did a long post last night in the other thread talking about how the point calculation works and how much your points go up or down based upon your choices.
The most important thing to me is I found out why I always struggled on Smart Points to stay within points even though I was in calorie range. I honestly answered the assessment and said I rarely eat fruit. I am much more a veggie person than a fruit person. At most I would eat 1/2 cup of berries a day. That 1/2 cup of berries is 1 point now. However, if I go back and select 0 point fruit, I lose a full 3 points a day! 3 points! I was not eating 3 points of fruit on the old plan. So I was essentially losing 3 points a day for something that I did not eat often at all and when I did eat it I would eat 1 point at most.
I know some people love fruit. That's fine. I don't. I am so so so happy that I no longer have to have my daily points reduced by 3 points for fruit.
I am irritated that the activity tab is not on the website. I do have the phone app but I use the website more. I am set for steps to be counted. At one point in the assessment I told it that I wasn't sure whether to use steps or time. At that point, I was asked if I have a tracker. I do (Fitbit) so I answered yes. At that, the assessment said to use steps.
Anyway, I lost 7 weekly points going from 28 to 21. I now know I will get all of those back. I am not a big walker (retired living in a 1 story house who mostly likes to use computer and read). However, using the app I could see how many steps I need to get 1 weekly point.
1428 steps gets me one weekly point. I do get at least that every day unless I don't feel good or something. But I need 4282 steps to get 2 weekly points. 10000 (which I never get to) would get me 4.
So most days I will get 1 point from steps, maybe 2 occasionally.
I do wonder how the app will add workouts that I have on Fitbit. Will the app only add for steps or will it add for something like the elliptical or the exercise bike? I can see I can manually add those on the app but will WW pick it up. I will have to wait and see on that.
As an aside, I saw people on Connect basically saying this plan was no different really than Smart Points and didn't make a big change. I think that depends on whether you like their list of zero point foods or like yours. I love so much not having to have fruit as zero and being able to choose my zero point foods. To me it is a huge change for the better.

Got a "Welcome" email from WW for starting the new program. WW being WW: at the beginning of the email they give you (I assume) your new daily points and new weekly points. There was nothing for my daily points and then the amount of my weekly points from the old program.

Someone on another board posted that she had a lot of zero point foods and 16 daily points, and from drinking water and eating a lot of veggies she ended up with 23 points at the end of the day. I think the only thing that had points was the PAM she used when she cooked her omelette.

I can see I can manually add those on the app but will WW pick it up. I too have it set for steps and it picked up my stationary bike off of my Fitbit app.
