FALL is here! We have 3 months till December and late November for holidays to get in shape for them. As well as eating cleanly most of the time, we'll be paying attention to our portions sizes and stopping when satisfied. Let's enjoy our healthiest fall ever!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Brenda! Brenda, works for me! How are you doing? I'm working on my walking miles on the TM this morning but it's annoying because for whatever reason the so called "smart" tv in the kitchen can't find my network -which obviously since I'm typing here, it's up and running! I have so much trouble with that tv "finding" the network, jeesh! Wowsers, it's supposed to get in the mid-60s today so I will have to get to a park and walk this afternoon! SuSu and I went to Beaver Lake yesterday and took the 3 mile lake loop and I did okay, woohoo! I've been having problems walking outdoors for some time so this was really encouraging.

thanks Brenda. works for me. I got personal points today online on ,y computer. I am eating 4 cups of brown rice 1 cup of black beans and 4 red delicious apples for 0 points I am so happy. in Green it was 29 points. I get 8 meals. I make my brown rice in a rice cooker in the microwave. I use a 1/8 cup to measure my black beans and I core 4 apples and cut them in half and put them in 8 lock n lock. I have 8 meals a day. one half cup of brown rice 1/8 cup fo beans and 1/2 red delicious apple. I warm all for 2 minutes and it is delicious. ive had 2 meals so far today. I am going to give my meals now heels to Scott. I ate terribly over the weekend. we watched football in community room with cake one day and donuts the next.

Met my step goal yesterday will work on doing the same today. trying to stay focused on my food. I still mess up in the evenings but Iām gonna work on that.

My case manager comes this afternoon. She brings me my medication nd Scott distributes. I shop tomorrow morning. I have to buy cleaner and batteries. I am not sure what I am going to buy for food.. I think whole wheat saghetti aand some non fat cheese to put in it.

Brenda, wow are the evenings tough! Especially with it getting dark so early! WTG hitting your step goal yesterday!
Amy, whole wheat pasta and spaghetti sauce sounds good to me!
So I went into the office yesterday and today. Which totally screwed up my walking goals yesterday. It was crazy at work and I was just so tired I didn't do anything after work except eat my breakfast/lunch because I never got a chance to eat! I learned a little, I walked 2 miles before heading into the office this morning. But still way behind on my 4 mile/day average! At least I'm still OP!

I am season gin the whole wheat pasta with natural yeast since the tomato sauce gave me gurd. I use 12 tablespoons of natural yeast for 4 servings 3 on each. It really tastes good. I am eating 2 Vans waffles too with 1/2cup of sugar free syrup. today I will eat the banana in my meals 9n wheels for fruit. Scott wallet the rest. I have enough natural yeast for a week. My case manager is going to try to help me learn to buy from my grocery store food for delivery There is a glitch and I forgot my Password but there is no way to put in a new one because they don't email me that when I ask but when I want to sign up they say they have an account with my email.

Scott brought pretzels and I measured 2 ounces and I ate that for a snack today. tomorrow I will eat start eating 4 app.es a day. I only have 24 so I need to start tomorrow because I shop Wednesday.

I am eating better today. I ginned a lot last night. I am going to WW meeting tomorrow. I leave at 7:45 and come home at 9:05 probably getting home by 930, 9:45 I poured to cans of diet soda in a water bottle fastened that closed and put in a pitcher so My stuff in my WW bag won't get wet. I learned from last week. I just want to get my check from my returned items in the mail before December. from QVC. I don't owe anything/ I will speak to my brother near the end of the month to see whaat he wants to door Thanksgiving. Call me or zoom.

I go to WW this morning. am sure I gained weight because I the a lot of ice cream the day before yesterday. I am very happy that I have a good leader Friday.
